Types of Membership at Art Gallery 310
Art Gallery 310 offers three types of membership: Sitting Artists, Consignment Artists, and Associate Artists.
Sitting Artists
Sitting artists are full members of the gallery collective. They are required to work at the gallery twice a month, pay a 20% commission on sales, and rent wall space per vertical foot. Sitting artists must be voted in by the collective based on five pieces of their submitted artwork. In return, sitting artists have a voice at monthly meetings, full access to the gallery, and the opportunity to be deeply involved in shaping the future of the space.

Consignment Artists
Consignment artists do not have to work shifts in the gallery but pay a 30% commission on artwork sales, along with wall space rental fees. Like sitting artists, they must also be voted in by the collective after presenting five pieces of artwork for consideration. This option is perfect for artists who want to exhibit their work in Hannibal while balancing other commitments.

Associate Artists
Associate artists are often original or long-time members of Art Gallery 310 who, due to time or life circumstances, are not able to meet the working requirements of sitting artists but remain connected to the gallery community.

Guest Artist Opportunities at the Gallery
In addition to our members, Art Gallery 310 features a monthly guest artist exhibit at the front of the gallery. This prime exhibition space is offered at no cost, and the gallery retains a 30% commission on all sales. This rotating opportunity brings fresh perspectives to downtown Hannibal’s art scene and highlights regional talent.
